As spoken on last post, infill is measured in percentage from 0% – 100%.
In a common understanding, higher the percentage / density it makes the printed object heavier and more solid print. As vice versa, a lower percentage / density of infill the printed object will be in more lightweight and have lower internal strength.
Besides, infill density will also affect the final outcome
based on the design & material use.
In common infill density is between 15% – 25%, this range of density provide
balance of strength & less usage of material.
We have attached a photo of infill density as a sample to give you a direct view of an internal object with different infill percentage of settings.
